Bishop of Manchester

A few weeks ago, Crescent Community Radio was honoured to be visited by the Bishop of Manchester.

Bishop Nigel McCulloch made a short visit during his whistle-stop tour of his Greater Manchester dioscese, specifically Saint Luke’s in Deeplish.

The Bishop was delighted to be in Rochdale and was given a guided tour around the Crescent Community Radio studio, an ideal opportunity to show off our newly rennovated building.

The Bishop then joined Muhammad Ramzan in the studio for a short chat about Christianity, inter-faith dialogue and what a Bishop actually does.

During a few choice photo poses before leaving, the Bishop once more expressed how pleased he was to have been given the opportunity to visit Crescent Radio and said he would be more than happy to revisit us again in the future.
