TRAINING

As part of the project we worked with more than 20 volunteers.

The volunters received training in a wide range of areas such as research, recording interviews to editing. The training was provided internally and by the  Ahmed Iqbal Ullah Race Relations Resource Centre.

The volunteers gained invaluable knowledge and skills which they were then able to apply in a practical setting.

INTERVIEWS

Over the course of the project, staff and trained volunteers identified and interviewed members of the community in Greater Manchester.

These interviews chart the story of the community over the years exploring their experiences across three generations.
